In this role, you'll lead complex Check Point firewall support cases, manage full-cycle installations and migrations, and deliver technical seminars and workshops. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for Check Point technologies within a close-knit support team of six, working alongside the in-house Fortinet specialist to deliver high-quality solutions.

This is a highly customer-facing role. You'll work directly with clients, lead on-site engagements, and represent the company at industry events, so strong communication skills and technical credibility are essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead for Check Point firewall solutions, overseeing complex support cases and escalations
• Plan, configure, and implement firewall installations and migrations at customer sites
• Deliver technical seminars, workshops, and hands-on training for clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with the Fortinet specialist and broader security team to align solutions with client needs
• Analyse network security issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting and remediation
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and build trust
• Contribute to pre-sales technical discussions and project scoping when required
• Stay current on security trends, vendor updates, and industry best practices

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong Check Point firewall expertise (hands-on, deep knowledge)
• Experience working with service providers
• Comfortable working directly with customers, presenting, and leading workshops
• Ideally holding Check Point certifications (CCSA, CCSE; CCSM a plus)
• Leadership experience is a bonus, but not essential
• You must be a fluent German speaker
