Zusammenfassung

Allane SE is seeking an experienced IT program and project manager to translate business needs into executable programs and drive delivery across IT initiatives in a large automotive finance environment.

You will ensure governance, risk management and smooth cross-functional collaboration with business and IT leaders. Based in the greater Munich area, you will report to senior sponsors and enable strategic outcomes for Allane’s mobility platform.

• Program Strategy and Alignment: Translate business requirements into actionable programs and projects, collaborating with IT, business leaders and Allane stakeholders.
• Governance and Oversight: Establish and enforce program governance frameworks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards and internal policies, monitor progress and interdependencies.
• Program Execution and Delivery Oversight: Oversee planning, execution and delivery of IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Communication and Reporting: Communicate IT project status to sponsors and deliver clear reports and presentations.
• Change Management: Support change management strategies to drive adoption of new projects across the Business and IT organization.

Your new role

• Program Strategy and Alignment: You translate business requirements into actionable programs and projects, while collaborating with IT, Business leaders and Allane stakeholders
• Governance and Oversight: You establish and enforcing program governance frameworks, ensuring programs comply with regulatory requirements, standards and internal policies, whilst monitoring projects, interdependencies and progress
• Program Execution and Delivery Oversight: You provide oversight on planning, execution and delivery of IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Communication and Reporting: You act as the communicator of IT projects to Business sponsors and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations with transparency
• Change Management: You support change management strategies to drive adoption of new projects across the Business and IT organization

Your strenghts

• Experienced in IT Project and Program Management: You have 10-15 years of professional experience in IT, ideally in car financing industry and at least 5 of them managing multiple projects
• Visionary and Strategic Thinker: You drive strategic IT initiatives that align with business goals
• Analytical and Solution-Oriented: You thrive in identifying risks and opportunities, ensuring successful project delivery
• Clear Communicator: You effectively communicate complex concepts to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders with ease and gain buy-in from diverse teams
• Proficient in Change Management: You design and implement strategies that drive adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless transitions
