Knauf Information Services GmbH, headquartered in Kitzingen, Germany, invites you to join our global Purchase-to-Pay journey. You will shape and implement enterprise procurement solutions across SAP Ariba, S/4HANA Procurement and SAP Business Network, partnering with stakeholders in procurement, finance and IT.

You will drive integrations and data flows, ensuring secure, scalable, and measurable value while exploring AI, automation and analytics within a modern hybrid IT landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with purchase-to-pay, procurement operations, finance integration, or accounts payable
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP Procurement, SAP Business Network, SAP Fiori or comparable cloud-based procurement apps
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, cloud technologies and life-cycle management
• Translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and building cross-functional relationships

Aufgaben

• Shape the evolution of Knauf’s global Purchase-to-Pay ecosystem across requisitioning, guided buying, PO management, goods receipt, invoicing and supplier collaboration
• Turn business priorities into sustainable application solutions and roadmaps with procurement, finance and IT
• Own business-critical platforms such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Procurement and SAP Business Network; ensure reliability, usability and security
• Design integrations and data flows between SAP and non-SAP environments in line with architecture standards
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to support rollouts, optimization and AI/automation exploration

What you'll do

• Shape the evolution of Knauf’s global Purchase-to-Pay ecosystem across Requisitioning, Guided Buying, Purchase Order Management, Goods Receipt, Invoice Processing and Supplier Collaboration

• Turn business priorities into sustainable application solutions, implementation initiatives and product roadmaps in close partnership with stakeholders across procurement, finance and IT

• Take ownership of business-critical platforms such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Procurement and SAP Business Network—ensuring reliability, usability, security and measurable business value

• Connect SAP and non-SAP environments by designing integrations, interfaces and data flows aligned with Knauf’s Enterprise Architecture standards and Group IT guidelines

• Bring global solutions to life by working with Product Managers, Solution Architects and development teams, supporting rollouts, optimisation and standardisation while exploring the potential of AI, automation and analytics

Who you are

• Experience in supporting, implementing or enhancing enterprise applications within Purchase-to-Pay, Operational Procurement, Procurement Operations, Finance Integration, Accounts Payable or a related domain forms the foundation of your profile

• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP Procurement, SAP Business Network, SAP Fiori or comparable cloud-based procurement applications enables you to make an impact from day one

• A strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, cloud technologies and application lifecycle management helps you navigate complex environments with confidence

• Translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions is what motivates you, and you build trusted relationships across business, procurement, finance and IT

• Curiosity for AI, process automation, digital procurement and data-driven decision-making comes naturally to you; additional experience with SAP QM, SAP MDG, SAP BTP or SAP Integration Suite is a strong advantage
