Knauf Information Services GmbH in Kitzingen, Germany seeks a motivated IT professional to shape the global Purchase-to-Pay ecosystem. You translate business priorities into scalable procurement solutions, owning SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Procurement, and SAP Business Network integrations with Knauf’s enterprise standards.

You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and IT teams to enable AI, automation and analytics, ensuring reliable, secure and value-driven deployments across SAP and non-SAP

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting or implementing enterprise P2P and related domains.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Procurement, and SAP Business Network.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs and cloud technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape the evolution of Knauf’s global P2P ecosystem across core modules.
• Turn priorities into sustainable application solutions and roadmaps.
• Own SAP Ariba, S/4HANA procurement, and SAP Business Network; ensure reliability and value.
• Design integrations and data flows between SAP and non‑SAP environments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers and IT teams, exploring AI and analytics.

What you'll do

• Shape the evolution of Knauf’s global Purchase-to-Pay ecosystem across Requisitioning, Guided Buying, Purchase Order Management, Goods Receipt, Invoice Processing and Supplier Collaboration

• Turn business priorities into sustainable application solutions, implementation initiatives and product roadmaps in close partnership with stakeholders across procurement, finance and IT

• Take ownership of business-critical platforms such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Procurement and SAP Business Network—ensuring reliability, usability, security and measurable business value

• Connect SAP and non-SAP environments by designing integrations, interfaces and data flows aligned with Knauf’s Enterprise Architecture standards and Group IT guidelines

• Bring global solutions to life by working with Product Managers, Solution Architects and development teams, supporting rollouts, optimisation and standardisation while exploring the potential of AI, automation and analytics

Who you are

• Experience in supporting, implementing or enhancing enterprise applications within Purchase-to-Pay, Operational Procurement, Procurement Operations, Finance Integration, Accounts Payable or a related domain forms the foundation of your profile

• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP Procurement, SAP Business Network, SAP Fiori or comparable cloud-based procurement applications enables you to make an impact from day one

• A strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, cloud technologies and application lifecycle management helps you navigate complex environments with confidence

• Translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions is what motivates you, and you build trusted relationships across business, procurement, finance and IT

• Curiosity for AI, process automation, digital procurement and data-driven decision‑making comes naturally to you; additional experience with SAP QM, SAP MDG, SAP BTP or SAP Integration Suite is a strong advantage
