Job summary

Riverty sucht einen erfahrenen Senior IT Infrastructure Expert (w/m/d) zur Betreuung der Conditional Access- und MFA-Plattform. Sie arbeiten standortunabhängig in einem hybriden Modell mit flexiblen Arbeitsbedingungen und sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Skripten, Dashboards und die Koordination mit IAM-, Security- und Architektur-Teams.

Sie verfügen über tiefe Kenntnisse der Entra ID-Plattform, M365/Exchange und haben Erfahrung mit operativen Tools zur sicheren

Qualifications

• Tiefe Kenntnisse der Microsoft Entra ID-Plattformbetriebs
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse von M365 und Exchange
• Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Wartung von operativen Tools für sichere Rollouts
• Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und Troubleshooting-Kompetenz
• Fähigkeit, operative Exzellenz zu führen und mit der Plattformstrategie zu harmonisieren
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (oder höher)

Responsibilities

• Als Fachexperte für Conditional Access und MFA-Plattformbetrieb arbeiten Sie selbstständig
• Sie entwickeln Skripte/Tools zur Bereitstellung, Validierung und Bereinigung

Job Description

We are looking for a

(Senior) IT Infrastructure Expert (m/f/d)

(permanent, full-time) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden or Verl - flexible working conditions available

Your daily tasks will be:

• Serve as subject matter expert for Conditional Access and MFA platform operations
• Lead script/tool development for configuration rollout, validation, and remediation
• Establish operational dashboards and reports that surface compliance and enforcement health
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement on policy drift or enforcement gaps
• Coordinate closely with IAM, Security, and Architecture teams to reflect evolving platform standards
• Guide junior team members in tooling use, operational best practices, and script quality
• Support readiness reviews, internal audits, and compliance documentation

Qualifications

Your Qualification:

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID platform operations
• Deep knowledge of M365 and Exchange
• Experience building and maintaining operational tooling for secure policy rollout
• Strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead operational excellence efforts and align with broader platform strategy
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (or higher)
