Job summary

Riverty Group GmbH in Berlin is seeking a (Senior) IT Infrastructure Expert to own the operations of our identity and access platform across Entra ID, M365 and Exchange. This permanent, full-time role offers flexible working options at Berlin, Baden-Baden or Verl.

You will lead tooling for secure policy rollout, provide dashboards and reporting for compliance, and collaborate with IAM, Security and Architecture to maintain high standards while guiding junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID platform administration and operations.
• Strong knowledge of M365 and Exchange.
• Experience building operational tooling for secure policy rollout.
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IAM subject matter expert for Conditional Access and MFA platform operations.
• Lead script/tool development for configuration rollout, validation, and remediation.
• Establish dashboards and reports that provide visibility into compliance and enforcement health.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement to address policy drift and enforcement gaps.
• Coordinate with IAM, Security, and Architecture teams to reflect evolving platform standards.
• Guide junior team members in tooling use, operational best practices, and script quality.
• Support readiness reviews, internal audits, and compliance documentation.

Your daily tasks will be:
