• Proven experience in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions within complex international organizations.


• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, business processes, and IT architectures Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and influence decisions across different organizational levels.


• Experience leading digital transformation, process improvement, or business-driven IT initiatives.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
