Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Private Equity Expert contractor for AI investment initiatives. This remote, hourly role focuses on evaluating financial models, market sizing, and preparing investment summaries.

You will assist CIM creation, conduct due diligence, and manage NDA documents while sourcing new opportunities. The engagement is paid weekly with a minimum duration of four weeks and a 10+ hours/week commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in private equity or investment analysis at top firms.
• Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills.
• Ability to create clear investment memos and summaries.
• Experience with CIM creation and due diligence processes.
• Proficiency in handling NDA/legal documents.
• Proven ability to source and evaluate deals.
