Roboyo is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead client projects and drive delivery of intelligent automation solutions. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborate with experts, and contribute to client success in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will apply knowledge across RPA, IDP, AI, and workflow orchestration while building strong client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with UiPath, including IXP for structured data automation.
• Strong track record of project management and data analysis.
• Knowledgeable in at least one consulting area: strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong client relationships.
• Ability to communicate fluently in German and English in technical and business contexts.

About the role

As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will startestablishingyourself inRoboyoConsulting or technology services. You will be responsible for leading project workstreams and managing the delivery of our solutions for our clients, If you have a passion for consulting, a drive for excellence, and a desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply. In this role, you alreadyhave an understanding ofyour specific area of focus, and youare able toapply that knowledge to develop innovative solutions that address complex business problems. You willbe responsible formanaging the entire project lifecycle.

You will be able to lead projects independently or work as part of a team on larger programs. In addition, you willbe responsible formanaging client relationships and being the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. You should be able to build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including project teams, subject-matter experts, and business users. You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emergingtechnologies, andbe able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

Automation Engineers are focused on developing intelligent Automation solutions, e.g., RPA, IDP, Test Automation, BPM (especially workflow and/or process orchestration), and Conv. AI. Experience in software development (Java, Python, as well as VB.NET).

Responsibilities and tasks for this role

• Lead project workstreams, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline
• Analyze data and information, and make recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with other members of the automation team to deliver solutions that address client needs, including Agentic AI, BPMN, IDP, with a focus on UiPath, n8n, Microsoft Azure Foundry
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve consulting service offerings
• Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to clients

Must-have qualifications & competencies

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath, including practical experience with UiPath IXP (IntelligentXtractionandProcessing) — converting unstructured and semi-structured data such as emails, contracts, and invoices into structured data for automation
• Strongtrack recordof project management and data analysis
• Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build andmaintainstrong client relationships
• Ability to communicate fluently in Germanand Englishin technical and business contexts
