Jellyfish is seeking a Senior Integrated Producer to lead end-to-end production for high-budget, multi-market social campaigns in the German market. You will oversee client relationships, daily operations, budgeting, and quality control, guiding a cross-functional team of content managers, copywriters and motion designers.

You will manage retainer workloads, ensure timely delivery, and mentor mid-level and junior staff while maintaining strong financial oversight across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level German (written and spoken); full professional fluency in English.
• Extensive experience in an agency environment managing high-volume, fast-turnaround social media retainers.
• Strong foundation in Project Management—scrums, workflows, and deliverables.
• Proficiency in project costing, budgeting, scope estimation, and financial risk mitigation.
• Genuine enjoyment of client-facing roles and serving as the day-to-day operational contact.
• Rigorous QA for social content: linguistic and visual quality checks.
• Experience delivering marketing or social campaigns in entertainment sectors.
• Exposure to live-action shoot production logistics and AI-driven workflows.

Job Description

As a Senior Integrated Producer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production process, ensuring seamless execution, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination. You are expected to balance project management and production expertise, delivering high-budget, complex, and multi-market projects while driving efficiencies, mentorship, and strategic problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with Client Management, Resource Management, and Creative teams, acting as a trusted production lead while maintaining financial and operational control over projects.

Working on a high‑profile social media retainer for a titan in the global streaming and entertainment sector, you will sit at the absolute heart of our German market operations. This role is ideal for a producer who thrives in client‑facing environments, enjoys hands‑on workflow coordination, and brings a strong project management background to fast‑paced agency retainers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary, trusted client‑facing lead for German market operations - building strong direct relationships, leading status syncs, navigating client feedback, and providing strategic production solutions.
• Agile Workflow & Daily Operations: Run daily scrums, triage incoming brief requests, and assign workloads to content managers, copywriters, and motion designers to keep daily social streams moving seamlessly.
• Financial Oversight & Costing: Lead end-to-end project costing, budgeting, financial forecasting, PO management, and cost reconciliation across high‑volume retainer scopes and bespoke campaign spikes.
• Native Quality Control (QC): Perform meticulous quality control on all German‑language social assets (static, video, motion graphics) to guarantee absolute linguistic accuracy, brand alignment, and cultural tone before client delivery.
• Retainer & Content Production: Oversee end-to‑end execution of fast‑turnaround social assets, localised multi‑market campaigns, and platform‑native video deliverables.
• Resourcing & Mentorship: Partner with Resource Management to cast internal teams and external freelancers effectively, while providing mentorship and workflow guidance to mid-level and junior team members.

Qualifications

• Language Expertise: Native-level fluency in German (written and spoken) is required, along with full professional fluency in English.
• Social Retainer Background: Extensive experience in an agency environment managing high-volume, fast‑turnaround social media retainers is a must.
• Project Management Synergy: While this is a Senior Integrated Producer role, candidates bringing a strong foundation or background in Project Management — experienced in running scrums, structuring workflows, and tracking deliverables — will be a natural fit.
• Financial Mastery: Proven proficiency in project costing, budget management, scope estimation, and financial risk mitigation.
• Client‑Facing Mindset: Genuinely enjoys being client‑facing and comfortable serving as the day‑to‑day operational contact for high‑level brand partners.
• Rigorous QC Standards: An exceptional eye for detail, proofreading, and linguistic/visual quality assurance for social content.
• Experience delivering marketing or social campaigns within film, streaming, TV, or broader entertainment media.
• Exposure to live‑action shoot production logistics and modern AI‑driven production workflows.
