This role involves managing the full employee life cycle, providing expert guidance on recruitment, health promotion, and performance development, and requires fluency in German and English. Responsibilities:At Freudenberg Performance Materials (FPM), we’re looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional who thrives in complex environments and brings clarity, confidence, and hands-on leadership to the table.
In this critical role, you’ll take ownership of all HR matters across the full employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding – for approx. 230 employees across multiple production workshops. You’ll be the first point of contact for both specialists and managers, offering expert guidance on operational and strategic HR topics.
Your impact:
Full-Cycle Process Ownership: Guide and support the full recruitment process and drive key HR initiatives such as health promotion, BEM, and performance development.
Collaboration: Navigate dynamic shift models, social challenges, and collaborate constructively with an active works council.
Leadership: Coach and empower a vivacious HR team with your maturity, expertise, and proactive mindset.
Project Management: Contribute to HR projects and continuously improve and harmonize our HR processes.
A degree with HR focus (e.g. Business Administration or Labor Law).
Proven track record as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
Solid knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law.
Structured, reliable working style.
Fluency in German and English (C1 level); experience with SAP R3 or Workday is a plus.
