Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager Human Resources (m/w/d) to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, advise on HR policies and practices, and promote a culture of employee engagement and development.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a forward-looking HR strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor for managers on HR issues such as performance management, compensation, and social benefits
- Lead and manage strategic projects, develop and implement change management methods and materials to introduce HR programs and processes
- Collaborate with senior management as a strategic advisor, analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop data-based recommendations for top management
- Lead the HR team of 15 employees to meet organizational requirements
- Develop attractive offers for vocational training and dual study programs
- Collaborate with the works council and the general works council, including regular dialogues and implementation of company agreements
What You Should Bring
- Completed degree in human resources management, business psychology, business administration, or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in human resources management and in a leadership position, as well as experience in leading an HR team, preferably in a large production company
- Experience in collaborating with works councils and implementing company agreements
- Comprehensive expertise in labor law, social insurance law, and labor law, as well as in the application of collective agreements, ideally in the metal and electrical industry
- Understanding of business concepts and processes for well-founded decision-making in the corporate context
- Ability to analyze situations and make productive decisions
- Knowledge of effective strategies to influence within and outside one's own organization and the ability to win others over for common goals and develop a long-term perspective
- Understanding of how organizations win, bind, identify, and develop talent to achieve short- and long-term goals
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and English language skills (at least B2)
