Job Title: Senior HR Regional Partner with a world leading Software Development company

Location: Munich or Berlin

Role Type: Contract - 18 months contract

Responsibilities
Consultation & Support
  • Act as a trusted advisor to people managers across multiple corporate business lines.
  • Provide high-quality, efficient, and high-judgment guidance on HR-related topics.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support strategic HR initiatives.
Centers of Excellence (CoEs) involved
  • Employee Services (HR administration)
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Talent Acquisition
Employee Relations & Performance
  • Support performance improvement processes (informal and formal).
  • Advise on complex and sensitive employee issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Guide leaders through change management initiatives.
Manager Development & Talent
  • Facilitate development sessions to enhance manager effectiveness and capability.
  • Support leaders with career conversations and growth planning.
  • Guide leaders through Talent Management and Annual Compensation processes.
  • Identify training opportunities to build functional and leadership skills.
Policy & Compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German employment laws and internal policies.
  • Own country-level policy and compliance responsibilities.
  • Draft and update policy documents in response to legislative or internal changes.
Data-Driven Insights
  • Utilize a customer relationship management tool to identify trends and inform decisions.
  • Standardize best practices across EMEA using insights from cross-business data.
Project & Subject Matter Expertise
  • Lead or participate in subject matter expert groups focused on improving HR processes (e.g., Talent or Performance Management).
  • Contribute to country or regional HR projects and initiatives.
