We are looking for a Senior HR Manager (m / f / d) at the Remscheid site who, with solid experience in a manufacturing environment, will shape and drive all HR activities as a strategic partner to the management team and as the first point of contact for leaders and employees, with a special focus on production areas and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing the HR team, including coaching and mentoring employees
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to management on all HR-related topics, especially within the production environment
  • Collaborating closely with the works council and contributing to company agreements
  • Driving talent and performance management as well as organizational development initiatives
  • Supporting and implementing change processes in production areas
  • Contributing to European HR projects and implementing global initiatives locally
  • Managing the local HR department, including budget control and reporting
  • Ensuring smooth processes in close collaboration with Payroll and Shared Services
Who You Are

You are an experienced HR leader who understands the specific requirements of a manufacturing company. With empathy and determination, you combine hands-on HR work with strategic foresight. You are a strong communicator, act with integrity, and deliver practical solutions even in complex situations.

For This Role, You Will Need
  • University degree (. Psychology, Business Administration) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including several years in a leadership role
  • Extensive HR management experience in a manufacturing company, ideally with a strong focus on production processes
  • Solid knowledge of German labor and works constitution law
  • Experience in change management, organizational development, and close collaboration with works councils
  • Strong written and spoken German and English skills
