As Senior HR Manager (m/f/d), you will actively shape NEXT’s people strategy, establish structures for sustainable growth and act as a sparring partner for management and the team in all personnel‑related matters. In doing so, you will lay the foundation for a successful, motivating and future‑oriented working environment.
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in HR management, ideally in an international or technology‑oriented environment or in consulting
- Successful experience in establishing and developing HR structures in growing organisations
- Strategic competence combined with a hands‑on mentality
- In‑depth knowledge of labour law, recruiting, talent management and organisational development
- Experience in using HR systems, especially Personio
- Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to shape change positively
- Business fluent in German and English

Your tasks
- Developing and implementing a modern HR strategy in line with NEXT’s growth objectives
- Acting as a sparring partner for management and executives in all matters relating to human resources, organisation and culture
- Responsibility for recruiting, employer branding and talent management – building and developing a strong team
- Design and implementation of personnel development and training programmes
- Further development of HR processes (including onboarding, feedback, performance management, compensation & benefits)
- Promotion of an open, collaborative corporate culture with a focus on innovation and employee satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements and close cooperation with the HR team of the Reifenhäuser Group
- Confident use of Personio – you use the tool for HR administration, recruiting, reporting and process automation
