Your responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic HR partner (m/f/d) for leaders in your assigned area, preparing and enabling people-related business decisions
  • Take responsibility for both your own dedicated business area and cross-unit projects, balancing ownership with contribution
  • Lead and contribute to international HR initiatives such as the integration of new business units, consolidation of business functions, building leadership capability in growth markets, and driving culture and engagement during change
  • Deliver on global HR cycles such as performance management, talent reviews, and engagement activities
  • Play a key role in leadership development, from succession planning to strengthening the skills of our managers and future leaders
  • Support talent acquisition for senior/key roles, ensuring strong leadership pipelines
Your profile:
  • You have at least 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience in a multinational company
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Economics, Social Sciences)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in complex, matrix organisations
  • Fluent English and intercultural competence (German is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Curiosity, openness, and the ability to collaborate across cultures and levels
  • Experience with Sales & Marketing organisations
  • Experience in MedTech, Biopharma, or Lifescience
  • Coaching skills, ideally with formal training
  • Project management expertise, Change management experience
  • Background in a Centre of Expertise role, ideally Talent Management or Compensation & Benefits
