A high-tech robotics company in Kaufbeuren seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to manage HR processes and advise site leadership. The role requires strong labor law expertise, particularly with Workers' Councils in Germany. Candidates should have 7–10 years of HR experience coupled with fluency in German and English. We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to be a close sparring partner for our business functions and production sites in Germany. This strategic role will work closely with site leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, support operational goals, and lead a versatile set of HR-related initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle.
A critical component of this role involves managing strong, collaborative relationships with the Workers’ Council, ensuring compliance with German labor laws, and fostering a positive employee relations environment. Therefore, German language skills on a native level are required.
