The Senior HRBP, USA Region will be the primary partner to regional leadership and will help build the organization, leadership capability, and people practices needed to scale the region effectively. Responsibilities
- Partner with the USA regional leadership team across the full regional setup, embedding people priorities into business planning, workforce decisions, and organizational design as the region scales.
- Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure the region is structured and staffed for launches, operations, and continued expansion across Product and Infrastructure.
- Lead organizational design and team-shape decisions for the region, helping leaders make sound choices on structure, manager set-up, capability needs, and scaling priorities.
- Ensure the region has the HR tools, policies, processes, and specialist support required to operate effectively in a fast‑moving, high‑pressure environment.
- Lead cross-functional HR projects, partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR Centers of Excellence to turn regional business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
- Coach leaders on performance, talent reviews, succession, employee relations, and complex people decisions, balancing business speed with sound judgment and employee experience.
- Identify organizational and people risks early, using data and business insight to drive practical action across attrition, capability gaps, org health, leadership effectiveness, and execution readiness.
- Stay close to the business through regular travel across the USA, with potential scope expansion into broader Americas over time.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth technology or infrastructure organizations.
- Proven experience partnering on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies that enable business growth.
- Strong leadership coaching skills across performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and organizational change.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions.
- Experience using people data and insights to identify risks and drive informed business decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
- Strong understanding of core HR disciplines, including talent management, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and U.S. employment practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the USA.

Base Compensation Range $144,600 - $180,700 USD
