YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You design build and maintain reliable and scalable backend services in Go to support key business products
• You collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional team members to deliver impactful customer-facing solutions
• You write clean maintainable and efficient code with a strong focus on quality and business value
• You take end-to-end ownership of your solutions deploying and operating them in a modern cloud environment (e.g. AWS)
• You ensure that your solutions are robust observable and easy to operate in production environments

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have solid experience developing backend services in Go with a strong understanding of REST and gRPC APIs
• Architecture You are familiar with event-driven architectures and have hands-on experience with Kafka and microservices in production environments
• Data Stores You have worked with data stores like PostgreSQL Redis and Elasticsearch and understand how to choose the right storage for the problem
