Knauf Deutschland seeks a seasoned brand leader to drive strategic brand initiatives across positioning and communications, strengthening long-term equity. You will partner with HR, HSE, Finance and IT to embed brand thinking and train teams globally.

You bring several years in international B2B branding, with strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and translate insights into actions. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in strategic brand management or a comparable field.
• Experience in international B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to translate direction into practical frameworks, tools and behaviours.

What you'll do

• You lead and drive strategic brand initiatives across brand positioning and brand communications to strengthen long-term brand equity

• Through the development and implementation of targeted initiatives, you drive consistent brand behaviour and application across the Group, including brand training programmes

• By partnering closely with functions such as HR, HSE, Finance and IT, you embed brand thinking throughout the organisation and act as a trusted internal advisor

• You take ownership of brand KPIs, monitoring and performance frameworks, turning insights into clear strategic actions

• Through your work, you build a strong, consistent and future-oriented brand presence across the business

Who you are

• You bring several years of experience in strategic brand management or a comparable field, ideally gained in a complex, international B2B or B2B2C environment

• A strong strategic mindset enables you to develop clear direction and translate it into practical frameworks, tools and behaviours

• You have proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders and know how to influence effectively without formal authority

• Strong analytical skills, combined with experience in KPIs and performance monitoring, allow you to derive meaningful insights and support informed decision-making

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English complete your profile, while German language skills are considered an advantage
