Zusammenfassung

Optimus Search is leading a GenAI transformation in Koln, building production-grade AI applications for wealth management and banking. You will own AI products end-to-end, from discovery to production, designing agentic workflows and scalable architectures.

You will deploy across AWS using Terraform, leverage Docker, React and TypeScript, and deliver critical dashboards and banking platforms with security and reliability at the core.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience building production GenAI applications.
• Deep knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG and orchestration.
• Strong software engineering and architecture fundamentals.
• Hands-on AWS, Terraform and Docker expertise.
• Willingness to be onsite in Koln.

Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer – Banking & Wealth Management

Koln – 5 days onsite

Optimus Search is supporting a major GenAI transformation programme in Koln, working with an organisation making significant investment in becoming a leading European wealth and asset management platform powered by Agentic AI.

They are now scaling their AI engineering capability and looking for experienced engineers to build production-grade AI applications that will directly influence high-net-worth client experiences and critical internal banking operations.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of AI products end-to-end, from initial use-case discovery and architecture through development, production deployment and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Build sophisticated Agentic AI applications for wealth advisors and internal banking teams
• Design LLM, RAG and multi-agent workflows for real-world financial applications
• Develop production-grade solutions using Python, React and TypeScript
• Architect and deploy infrastructure across AWS using Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code
• Work on business-critical applications including portfolio analysis, executive performance dashboards and AI-enabled banking platforms
• Take technical ownership from initial concept through to production
• Work in an environment where security, scalability and reliability are essential

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production GenAI applications
• Excellent knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG and agent orchestration
