Job summary

Oliver Bernard is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a fast-moving, VC-backed AI robotics startup. You will build and operate backend services and tooling that support AI/ML development and robotics infrastructure.

The role covers Python-based backend systems, Docker and Kubernetes orchestration, and cloud-based data tooling (GCP, PostgreSQL, CI/CD). You will own systems from design through production in a highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python + backend experience.
• Production experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Ability to own systems from design through production.
• AI/ML, robotics or distributed systems experience is a plus.

I’m working with a VC-backed, rapidly scaling AI start-up operating at the intersection of AI, robotics and real-world data. They’re building cutting‑edge technology in a highly technical, fast‑moving environment and are now looking to add a Senior Fullstack Engineer to the team.

You’ll build and operate the backend services and tooling supporting AI/ML development, as well as software infrastructure connected to their robotics operations.

The stack includes Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes and GCP, with exposure to ML models, distributed systems, REST APIs and CI/CD.

We're Looking For
