EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Python Full Stack Developer for a project on AI-driven automation in the insurance domain. The role involves backend and frontend work, with Python on the backend and Angular on the frontend to build a submission processing and document automation system.

You will design scalable backend services, REST APIs and microservices, while contributing to frontend features and system reliability. Strong Python, Angular, and cloud experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Python development experience.
• Commercial experience with Angular.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
• Experience with REST APIs and API documentation tools such as Swagger.
• Experience designing and maintaining production-grade systems.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, GPT, OCR/Document Intelligence, Azure AI Services, and Vector stores.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Understanding of SLIs/SLOs, reliability principles, system performance, scalability and availability.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Nice to have: high-load systems, asynchronous programming, Kafka/RabbitMQ, DevOps, insurance domain experience.
