Senior Full-Stack Engineer | $20M AI Startup | Permanent Role

We are partnering with a rapidly growing technology company developing innovative AI-powered web applications. To strengthen their engineering team, we are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep experience in system architecture and end-to-end web development. This is a chance to take ownership of key product components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and forward-looking solutions that have real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure web applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs while optimising applications for performance and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices across the engineering team.
• Work closely with AI engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential benefits for the business.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React, with experience building production‑ready applications.
• Familiarity with the modern React ecosystem and supporting front‑end tooling.
• Solid understanding of system design principles and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience handling complex, large‑scale systems.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
