What you will do

About the team: We are the Infrastructure Team at Gnosis responsible for the core systems behind the Gnosis Chain, its bridges and much of the wider Gnosis ecosystem. Our work provides the foundation for other teams and ventures ensuring the network remains secure, scalable and reliable. From cloud to bare‑metal we handle the infrastructure challenges that keep Gnosis running and growing.

• Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using Rust, Go or TypeScript (at least one proficiency required).
• Contribute across the stack: backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, databases and infrastructure.
• Work with a variety of deployment environments: cloud platforms (mostly GCP) and bare‑metal servers.
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads; leverage Kubernetes where appropriate.
• Implement monitoring, CI/CD pipelines and security best practices to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product design and infrastructure teams to deliver features end‑to‑end.
• Investigate and resolve performance, scalability and operational issues across the stack.
• Bring a pragmatic mindset: able to balance speed, quality and technical debt trade‑offs.
• Communicate effectively across teams to clarify requirements, priorities and urgency.

Who you are

• Experienced: 6 years of professional coding experience across different parts of the stack.
• Polyglot engineer: Strong proficiency in at least one of Rust, Go or TypeScript with curiosity and flexibility to learn others as needed.
• Infrastructure‑aware: Familiar with GCP, AWS and bare‑metal server operations; experience deploying and running production systems.
• Kubernetes‑savvy: Comfortable working with container orchestration.
• Clear communicator: Strong English proficiency both written and spoken; able to convey technical and non‑technical concepts and align teams on requirements, priorities and urgency.
• Autonomous: Can take a project from idea to production with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative: Strong communicator who can clearly share progress, challenges and solutions with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Problem‑solver: Analytical, resourceful and motivated to tackle a wide range of technical challenges.

• Web3‑fluent: Good understanding of the web3 / blockchain / crypto ecosystem and interest in building infrastructure that powers decentralized systems.
