Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of web application development in JavaScript/TypeScript with Angular, RxJS, Angular Material, and solid HTML/CSS.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance testing skills.
• Experience analyzing requirements and delivering reliable solutions across components.
• Solid understanding of client-server communication and REST.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) in cross-functional squads.

• Interest in XP practices like pair programming, TDD, DDD, and simple design.
• Ability to adapt strategies per project.

Responsibilities

• Tailor client solutions: Conduct research, assessments, and recommend efficient and robust software solutions tailored to client needs
• Deliver high-quality code: Ensure the delivery of high-quality code that meets requirements, with a focus on performance
• Drive Continuous Improvement: You will proactively identify areas for improvement in existing programs and lead refactoring efforts
• Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients
• Provide client consultancy: Offer technical consultancy services to clients to ensure solutions meet their requirements
• Nurture Knowledge: Mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in web application development using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks/libraries such as Angular, RxJS, Angular Material, along with strong SCSS/CSS and HTML best practices
• Excellent English communication skills, for effective collaboration with teams and clients
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, including debugging and performance testing
• Experience analyzing project requirements and delivering reliable solutions across different application components
• Solid understanding of client-server communication, protocols, and REST principles
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / SAFe) within cross-functional squads
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git and Atlassian tools
• Interest in and hands-on experience with XP practices such as pair programming, TDD, DDD, and simple design
• Ability to adapt strategies and working methods based on specific project needs and contexts
• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result

Nice to Have:

• German language knowledge
• Knowledge of frameworks and adjacent technologies used in projects (NodeJS, Docker, etc.)
• Willingness and experience in developing colleagues with lower seniority, fostering a collaborative team environment
