Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of frontend software engineering with Angular and TypeScript.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Staff Software Engineer with deep expertise in Angular to build modern, scalable, and user-centric web applications. In this role, you will lead the development of complex frontend solutions while collaborating with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will influence frontend architecture, drive engineering best practices, and mentor team members in a collaborative, international environment. Working with modern technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and cloud-native practices, you will help shape innovative products that combine technical excellence with outstanding usability. Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of complex frontend features, from solution design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
• Design and evolve scalable frontend architectures using Angular, TypeScript, Micro Frontends, and reusable component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-performance user experiences.
• Improve frontend performance, reliability, and observability using monitoring and analytics tools while proactively resolving production issues.
• Promote engineering excellence by implementing best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, observability, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design systems, development standards, and engineering processes to enhance scalability and maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering with a strong focus on Angular and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale single-page applications and modern frontend architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Micro Frontends, Module Federation, reusable component libraries, and scalable UI development practices.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, frontend security principles, and modern build tools such as Webpack.
• Experience working with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, Kibana, or similar platforms.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences with strong attention to usability, accessibility, and responsive design; experience with Figma or design systems is an advantage.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, mentoring, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in remote, distributed teams.
