ACC Group AG is seeking a skilled Fullstack Software Engineer to help develop and scale client-facing web and mobile applications, integrating AI-driven wealth management solutions. You will work across the full stack—from backend services to frontend interfaces—ensuring performance, reliability, and a best-in-class user experience.

You will collaborate with product, design, and AI engineering teams to translate complex data into intuitive, secure applications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional full-stack web/mobile experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or Go.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated testing.
• Basic GDPR/privacy awareness; English fluent; German an advantage.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building clean, scalable systems and beautiful, intuitive interfaces. You’ll work closely with our product, design, and AI engineering teams to translate complex data and insights into smooth, responsive, and secure applications that redefine how people interact with finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain front-end and back-end components of our web and mobile applications
• Develop APIs and integration layers to connect client applications with AI models and backend services
• Implement secure authentication, data management, and transaction systems in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive, accessible, and visually refined interfaces
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability across devices and platforms
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices in testing and version control
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions regarding system design, frameworks, and data flows
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems, ensuring operational stability and resilience
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in software engineering, AI integration, and mobile/web frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in fullstack development for web or mobile applications
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or comparable frameworks), HTML, and CSS
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or Go
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservice architectures
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment tools (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with mobile app development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is an advantage
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing frameworks
• Basic understanding of data privacy and security best practices (GDPR/FADP compliance)
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Alternatively, strong personal or open-source projects demonstrating your technical expertise may be considered in place of formal education

Formal education is not a strict requirement — equivalent professional experience or a strong portfolio of relevant work and projects will also be considered.
