Zusammenfassung

Clera, a seed-stage B2B AI software company, seeks an on-site technical lead in Munich to embed with top DACH customers and help them become AI-native. You will work with customer success and engineering to scope, build, and ship production-grade AI agents and integrations that deliver measurable value, including multi-step workflows across diverse platforms.

Must be based in Munich or willing to relocate with travel; 3+ years engineering, German proficiency, and experience shipping agentic AI

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities.
• Experience shipping agentic AI systems, tool-use loops, and LLM features in production.
• Go programming experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Native-level German and willingness to travel across the DACH region.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the on-site technical lead with major DACH accounts.
• Run workshops, hackathons, and implementation sprints to surface requirements.
• Scope, build, integrate, debug, and teach customers to adopt agent-based workflows end to end.
• Deliver high-impact use cases, including complex agents and multi-step integration scenarios.
• Engage with customer CTOs and platform teams as a technical peer and advisor.
• Enable customers to operate independently by leaving robust, maintainable systems behind.
• Collaborate with engineering to address platform limits and contribute fixes as needed.
• Identify blockers and drive customer-driven improvements to the product and processes.
• Automate repeatable tasks by building agents to increase efficiency.
• Be based in Munich or willing to relocate with significant travel across the DACH region.

About the Role

• Serve as the on-site technical lead with major DACH accounts, collaborating with internal teams to drive transformation.

• Run workshops, hackathons, and implementation sprints to surface requirements and validate solutions.

• Scope, build, integrate, debug, and teach customers to adopt agent-based workflows end to end.

• Deliver high-impact use cases, including complex agents and multi-step integration scenarios.

• Engage with customer CTOs and platform teams as a technical peer and advisor.

• Enable customers to operate independently by leaving robust, maintainable systems behind.

• Collaborate with engineering to address platform limits and contribute fixes as needed.

• Identify blockers and drive customer-driven improvements to the product and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities and a readiness to dive deep.

• Experience shipping agentic AI systems, tool-use loops, and LLM features in production environments.

• Go programming is a plus; comfort with integrating complex multi-step workflows end to end.

• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and customer-facing delivery experience.

• Native-level German proficiency and willingness to travel across DACH; based in Munich or able to relocate.

• Founder or early-employee background is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 80,000 EUR to 150,000 EUR per year. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Primary location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany. This role is on-site with travel across the DACH region.
