Bloomwell Group GmbH in Frankfurt sucht einen Senior Flutter Developer zur Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer plattformübergreifenden App für iOS, Android und Web. Sie arbeiten eng mit Product, Design und Engineering zusammen, um eine benutzerfreundliche, zuverlässige Lösung zu liefern.

Sie besitzen umfangreiche Flutter-Kenntnisse, sind erfahren in moderner Architektur, CI/CD, Testing und Backend-Integrationen, und arbeiten vorzugsweise vor Ort in Frankfurt drei Tage pro Woche, mit

Qualifikationen

• Umfassende Erfahrungen mit Flutter-Apps in Produktion, Dart und moderne Flutter-Architektur.
• Verständnis mobiler Architektur, Networking, Authentifizierung, Plattform-Integrationen.
• Automatisiertes Testen, CI/CD, Lokalisierung, Monitoring, Release-Automation.
• AI-native: Einsatz von LLMs, Coding-Agents & AI-Workflows.

• Neue Features End-to-End entwickeln, von UI bis State Management und Modularisierung.

• Automatisierte Tests schreiben, CI/CD, Release- und Monitoring-Prozesse pflegen.
• REST-APIs, Push-Benachrichtigungen, Analytics, Feature Flags, SDKs integrieren.
• AI-Coding-Assistenten und -Agenten als Core-Tooling nutzen.
• Flutter-Architektur, Coding-Standards und Engineering-Kultur mit dem Team formen.

As Senior Flutter Developer you maintain and improve our user app for iOS, Android and Web, the cross platform product that connects patients, doctors and our care teams throughout the entire treatment journey. You work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to keep the app intuitive, accessible and reliable for users from very different backgrounds. You work AI native, take full ownership of your domain, and make sure that what you ship actually improves the patient experience, not just closes a ticket

Deine Aufgaben

• Maintain and improve our user app for iOS, Android and Web, built with Flutter
• Design and implement new features end to end, from UI down to state management, dependency injection and modularization
• Build and maintain the app’s networking, offline capabilities, authentication and platform integrations
• Write automated tests and keep our CI/CD, release automation and monitoring healthy as a natural part of your workflow
• Integrate REST APIs, push notifications, analytics, feature flags, crash reporting and third party SDKs
• Use AI coding assistants and agents as a core part of your toolbox, to move faster and improve code quality
• Shape our Flutter architecture, coding standards and engineering culture together with the team
• Work closely with Product, Design and QA to validate solutions with real user feedback and iterate instead of chasing perfection
• Dive into backend services, APIs or native platform code whenever the problem requires it

Dein Profil

• Extensive experience building and maintaining production grade Flutter applications, with deep knowledge of Dart and modern Flutter architecture (state management, dependency injection, modularization, testing, performance)
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture beyond the UI layer, including networking, offline capabilities, security, authentication, platform integrations, accessibility and app lifecycle management
• Automated testing, CI/CD, localization, monitoring, release automation and code reviews are simply part of how you build software
• AI native, you use modern LLMs, coding agents and AI powered workflows daily to increase delivery speed, improve code quality and support architecture, testing and debugging
• Ownership mentality, you make pragmatic technical decisions that maximize customer value while minimizing complexity and operational risk
• Engineer first, you’re comfortable diving into backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure or native platform integrations whenever the problem requires it
• Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication flows, push notifications, analytics, feature flags, crash reporting and third party SDKs
• Stakeholder centric, you enjoy understanding product problems together with Product, Design and QA before jumping into implementation
• Fluent German and English, you work closely with our Frankfurt based team on site
• Willingness to work from our Frankfurt office three days a week, with the rest remote
