Zusammenfassung

Sie treiben neue Features, Integrationen und QA-Prozesse voran, arbeiten remote teilweise, sind aber drei Tage pro Woche vor Ort in Frankfurt verfügbar und bringen exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.

Qualifikationen

• Umfassende Erfahrung beim Aufbau und der Wartung produktionsreifer Flutter-Anwendungen, tiefe Kenntnisse in Dart und moderner Flutter-Architektur (State Management, Dependency Injection, Modularisierung, Testing, Performance).
• Gutes Verständnis der mobilen Architektur über die UI-Ebene hinaus (Netzwerk, Offline, Sicherheit, Authentifizierung, Plattform-Integrationen, Barrierefreiheit).
• AI-native Arbeitsweise mit modernen LLMs, Coding-Agents und AI-gestützten Workflows.
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch; enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team in Frankfurt vor Ort.

Aufgaben

• Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer mobilen App für iOS, Android und Web, gebaut mit Flutter.
• End-to-end-Entwicklung neuer Features von UI bis State Management, DI und Modularisierung.
• Aufbau und Pflege der App-Netzwerkfunktionen, Offline-Fähigkeiten, Authentifizierung und Plattform-Integrationen.
• Schreiben automatisierter Tests und Pflege von CI/CD, Release-Automatisierung und Monitoring.
• Integration von REST-APIs, Push-Benachrichtigungen, Analytics, Feature Flags, Crash-Reporting und Third-Party SDKs.
• Verwendung von AI Coding-Assistants und -Agents zur Beschleunigung der Lieferung und Codequalität.
• Mitgestaltung der Flutter-Architektur, Coding-Standards und Engineering-Kultur.
• Enge Abstimmung mit Product, Design und QA, um Lösungen anhand realem Feedback zu validieren.
• Bei Bedarf Eintauchen in Backend-Services, APIs oder nativen Plattformcode.

As Senior Flutter Developer you maintain and improve our user app for iOS, Android and Web, the cross platform product that connects patients, doctors and our care teams throughout the entire treatment journey. You work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to keep the app intuitive, accessible and reliable for users from very different backgrounds. You work AI native, take full ownership of your domain, and make sure that what you ship actually improves the patient experience, not just closes a ticket

• Maintain and improve our user app for iOS, Android and Web, built with Flutter
• Design and implement new features end to end, from UI down to state management, dependency injection and modularization
• Build and maintain the app’s networking, offline capabilities, authentication and platform integrations
• Write automated tests and keep our CI/CD, release automation and monitoring healthy as a natural part of your workflow
• Integrate REST APIs, push notifications, analytics, feature flags, crash reporting and third party SDKs
• Use AI coding assistants and agents as a core part of your toolbox, to move faster and improve code quality
• Shape our Flutter architecture, coding standards and engineering culture together with the team
• Work closely with Product, Design and QA to validate solutions with real user feedback and iterate instead of chasing perfection
• Dive into backend services, APIs or native platform code whenever the problem requires it

The position is initially limited to 18 months. This is in accordance with our internal governance and planning principles, under which we structure employment relationships for a defined period of time initially. If performance is as expected, there is generally the prospect of a long-term continuation of the employment relationship. A possible extension will be discussed well in advance of the end of the fixed-term period.

Dein Profil

• Extensive experience building and maintaining production grade Flutter applications, with deep knowledge of Dart and modern Flutter architecture (state management, dependency injection, modularization, testing, performance)
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture beyond the UI layer, including networking, offline capabilities, security, authentication, platform integrations, accessibility and app lifecycle management
• Automated testing, CI/CD, localization, monitoring, release automation and code reviews are simply part of how you build software
• AI native, you use modern LLMs, coding agents and AI powered workflows daily to increase delivery speed, improve code quality and support architecture, testing and debugging
• Ownership mentality, you make pragmatic technical decisions that maximize customer value while minimizing complexity and operational risk
• Engineer first, you’re comfortable diving into backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure or native platform integrations whenever the problem requires it
• Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication flows, push notifications, analytics, feature flags, crash reporting and third party SDKs
• Stakeholder centric, you enjoy understanding product problems together with Product, Design and QA before jumping into implementation
• Fluent German and English, you work closely with our Frankfurt based team on site
• Willingness to work from our Frankfurt office three days a week, with the rest remote
