  • Develop models primarily in MATLAB/Simulink, with integration of C ++ where required.
  • Collaborate closely with the Flight control team and program engineering teams to support simulation-related needs across projects.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar relevant areas of expertise.
  • 6+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Proven experience in dynamic systems modeling and aircraft simulation.
  • Strong proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink.
  • Expertise in data analysis and system identification, extracting system behavior and parameters from test data.
  • Demonstrated contribution to projects that reached a tested or operational stage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is considered a plus).
Nice-To-Have
  • Experience with deployment and integration of simulation models (CI/CD).
  • Programming skills (e.g., C, Python, or other languages) for task automation and model enhancement.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills to communicate complex technical insights clearly.
