As our Senior Fire Protection Engineer, you are the guardian of our infrastructure. Your mission is to architect and lead preventive fire protection (Vorbeugender Brandschutz) strategies for high-tech cleanrooms and industrial facilities. You will be the vital link between German statutory regulations and international excellence, ensuring that our growth in Dresden is as safe as it is rapid.

You are a seasoned safety professional who thrives at the intersection of technical rigor and diplomatic communication.

1. Educational Background: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection, Civil, Mechanical, or Safety Engineering.
2. Expertise: 5-8 years of experience in fire protection engineering, ideally within the semiconductor, chemical, or high-tech manufacturing industries in Germany.
3. Certified Authority: You are a certified Fire Protection Planner (Fachplaner für vorbeugenden Brandschutz) via EIPOS, VdS, or an equivalent body.
4. Standards Knowledge: You have a deep command of DIN/VdS and FM Global standards, with the ability to navigate complex architectural drawings and process flow diagrams.
5. Language Skills: German (C1) - Mandatory for legal reporting and liaison with German authorities; English (B2) - Essential for collaborating within our global engineering network; Mandarin: a welcome plus.
