Exyte in Stuttgart is seeking a Lead Engineer (m/f/d) for Fire Protection / Sprinkler Systems to take technical ownership from concept to commissioning on complex industrial projects.

You will coordinate interfaces across multidisciplinary teams, review detailed designs and calculations, and support tendering, procurement, and site execution. Proficiency in sprinkler design, hydraulic calculations, and CAD/BIM is valued; German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the design and execution of sprinkler and fire protection systems within industrial projects.
• Solid knowledge of standards and regulations such as VdS, DIN EN, FM Global, or NFPA.
• Experience in technical project coordination and managing interfaces across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency in sprinkler design and hydraulic calculation software; CAD/BIM experience is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding, structured approach, and ownership mindset.
• Good command of German and English; willingness to travel on project basis.

Show Your Expertise

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification

• Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as VdS, DIN EN, FM Global, or NFPA
• Experience in technical project coordination and managing interfaces across multidisciplinary project teams
• Proficiency in sprinkler design and hydraulic calculation software; experience with CAD/BIM systems is a plus
• Strong technical understanding, structured approach, and a high degree of ownership
• Good command of German and English, combined with a willingness to travel on a project basis
