Zusammenfassung

HESS Group GmbH in Deutschland sucht am Standort Burbach eine erfahrene Controlling-Führungskraft im Fertigungsumfeld. Sie übernehmen zentrale Aufgaben im Berichtswesen, Forecasting, Budgetierung und der gruppenweiten Liquiditätsplanung.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Controlling-Erfahrung, solide HGB-Kenntnisse sowie SAP/LucaNet-Kompetenzen mit und arbeiten sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch. Eine verantwortungsvolle Position mit Gestaltungsspielraum erwartet Sie.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit IHK-Buchhalter
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung Controlling in einem Fertigungsunternehmen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB-Berichtswesen; Group Reporting vorteilhaft
• Sichere Anwendung von MS Office und ERP-Systemen, ideal SAP/LucaNet
• Gutes Deutsch und Englisch; analytisch, lösungsorientiert

Aufgaben

• Gestaltung der Berichterstattung
• Rechtzeitige Bereitstellung relevanter Daten für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
• Unterstützung bei Forecasts und Budgets
• Analyse und Bewertung von Berichten sowie Entwicklungstrends
• Mitwirkung in der gruppenweiten Liquiditätsplanung
• Bereitstellung von Planungsdaten für Group Controlling
• Vorbereitung von entscheidungsrelevanten Informationen für das Management
• Mitwirkung bei der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung der Business Unit
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen
• Monatliche Bewertung laufender Projekte

Hier bringen Sie sich ein

• Active participation in the creation of reporting.
• Timely delivery of relevant data for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Support in the creation of forecasts (FCT) and budgets.
• Analysis and evaluation of reports and drawing and presenting development trends.
• Participation in the group-wide liquidity forecast.
• Provision of planning data for group controlling.
• Preparation of decision-relevant information for management.
• Participation in the conceptual and strategic further development of the business unit.
• Ensuring the compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations.
• Monthly evaluation of ongoing projects.

Das zeichnet Sie aus

• Completed business administration degree with a focus on accounting/controlling or a commercial diploma with further training as a certified ledger accountant (m/f/d) from the IHK.
• Multiple years of experience in the controlling of a manufacturing company (not serial production), preferably in machine and plant engineering.
• Fundamental knowledge of group and management reporting according to HGB.
• Knowledge of consolidation and group financial statements is an advantage.
• Confidence in the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
• Good knowledge of cost accounting.
• Knowledge of inventory valuation.
• Experience in project controlling is an advantage.
• Accounting knowledge is desirable.
• Strong business sense.
• Secure use of MS Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ideally knowledge of LucaNet.
• Good spoken and written German and English.
• Responsible, flexible and solution-oriented work style.
