Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Your tasks with us:

• Reporting & analysis: Independent preparation and business commentary on monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the entire group
• Performance monitoring: Independent preparation of complex analyses using the system landscape (QlikSense, ABAS-ERP, LucaNet)
• Planning & Forecasting: Responsibility for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes; independent analytical preparation of planning data in LucaNet
• Project & inventory controlling: Continuous analysis of project profitability and performance of monthly inventory valuation and capitalization as part of the closing processes
• Annual financial statements: Active support of the finance department by providing and preparing data relevant to the financial statements for the entire group
• Optimization of the system landscape: Continuous development and support of ERP CO applications in close coordination with the specialist departments

What you bring with you:

• Completed degree in business administration/controlling or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance or accounting
• Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling at a manufacturing company with international operations
• In-depth knowledge of financial and balance sheet analysis as well as experience in investment controlling
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and, ideally, experience with consolidation and BI tools (LucaNet and QlikSense) and ERP systems (e.g., ABAS)
• Analytical approach to work coupled with the ability to prepare complex issues for management in a way that is appropriate for the recipient
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
