The position will be located in Munich within KB SfN GmbH and will be a global role within the Global CVS Division and part of the department Global Finance & Reporting / M&A.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Normalizations processes in Actual & Planning in alignment with KB Group and auditors
- Lead and optimize the intercompany reconciliation process (actuals and planning) together with Group Accounting, Reporting, and GBS centers
- Responsible for quarterly closing & planning Sales & EBIT Bridges
- Lead & optimize IC Inventory and Fixed Asset elimination processes, calculations and validations
- Analyze and validate cash flow statements and provision development in alignment with KB Group Reporting/Consolidation and Group Controlling
- Taking care of special consolidation topics like Quota consolidation & At Equity consolidation and support the regular consolidation & reporting process
- Support financial PMI activities for new entities, joint ventures, and acquisitions as well as for divestments, liquidations and mergers
- Support SAP rollouts, M&A integrations, and reporting interfaces to continuously enhance reporting quality
- Maintain and develop SAP Analysis for Office Excel reporting, SAP SAC dashboards and CVS Review slide decks
- Plan and conduct user training for SAP AfO Excel reporting
- Takeover of other ad hoc requests and special projects
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in an international finance, controlling, or accounting environment, ideally with exposure to M&A, PMI, or restructuring
- Good knowledge (& experience) in IFRS accounting & consolidation
- Profund experience in analysis of profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements
- Knowledge in Financial due diligence and Financial PMI projects
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP Financial tools, preferably with focus on SEM-BCS, BPC, Analysis for Office, SAC, FI/CO; S/4 know‑how is a benefit
- Good general MS Office skills required (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) – Macro & VBA know‑how is a benefit
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal, written, visual), fluent in German & English
- Willingness to business trips (~10%)
