PAIR Finance in Berlin is transforming debt collection with AI-driven tech. As Senior Financial Controller you will own the group's financial controlling, including reporting, planning and forecasting, with room to shape the next steps.

The role is based in Berlin with a hybrid work policy and an international team. You will collaborate with the Head of Controlling & BI, CFO, and Finance to develop the controlling system and drive profitability, KPIs, and cost transparency across the PAIR

Qualifikationen

• Strong degree in economics or business studies with focus on accounting/finance or comparable commercial training.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling.
• Experience in setting up reporting and controlling processes and tools.
• Confidence in using Excel and SQL.
• Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools.
• Proactivity and independency.
• Excellent knowledge of English; good knowledge of German is a plus.

As Senior Financial Controller (f/m/d), you will own and improve our financial controlling system, building on a high, modern technological standard. You'll take ownership of reporting, planning and forecasting for the whole group, with real room to shape where this goes next.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work together with our Head of Controlling & BI, our CFO and our Finance team on further development of our controlling system for the PAIR Finance Group


• Own and drive forward financial performance and profitability monitoring


• Implement and support planning and forecasting tools


• Support other departments with planning and financial controlling, e.g. processes and customer relationships as well as answering commercial questions


• Develop financial KPIs and deviation analyzes to increase cost and revenue transparency


• Support the management team with the assessment of key figures as well as identifying and implementing efficiency improvements


• Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements, monthly reporting, budget planning as well as short and medium-term liquidity planning

What we're looking for:
