Job summary

Freenow Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own financial planning, business casing and performance tracking across growth segments, acting as a core partner to segment leaders and business owners.

You will support M&A activities including due diligence and integration, and contribute to modeling complex operating dynamics for strategic decision making in Berlin or Hamburg.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or Transaction Advisory.
• Advanced financial modeling capability and strong data manipulation skills.
• Ability to translate complex operational and product mechanics into clear financial models and commercial insights.

Your scope extends beyond our core marketplace model to encompass B2B SaaS solutions and other business models.Beyond commercial FP&A, you will play an active role in M&A activities by supporting buy-side due diligence and post-acquisition financial integration.-***Location****: Hamburg or Berlin!***TOBESUCCESSFULINTHISROLE:*** 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or Transaction Advisory.* Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.* Advanced financial modeling capability and strong data manipulation skills.
