Freenow by Lyft seeks a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join our Berlin team. You will lead financial modeling and business cases for growth segments, partnering with business owners to inform leadership decisions on investments and resource allocation.

You will build continuous ROI tracking, KPI dashboards, and a shadow P&L framework with the Commercial Finance team. Strong modeling and cross-functional collaboration are essential to drive value across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or Transaction Advisory experience.
• Ability to translate complex operational and product mechanics into clear financial models and commercial insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and present trade-offs to leaders.

## **YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:*** Lead structured financial modeling and business casing for growth segments and strategic projects in close collaboration with business owners.* Act as a key finance partner to segment leaders and business owners, providing objective analysis to inform senior leadership discussions on resource allocation and major investment decisions.* Establish continuous ROI tracking frameworks and conduct routine performance reviews to ensure capital efficiency across all growth levers.* Work alongside the Data team to define and implement consistent KPI tracking, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards.* Collaborate with the broader Commercial Finance team to build and maintain sustainable \"shadow P&L\" reporting for growth segments (prospectively utilizing Anaplan).* Support buy-side M&A projects by assessing target financials and evaluating business models within the context of our own operational data to complement external due diligence advisory work.* Structure and drive the post-acquisition financial integration of newly acquired businesses from an FP&A perspective, ensuring data alignment, standardizing KPIs, and incorporating new entities into central forecasting and reporting processes.## **TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:*** 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or Transaction Advisory.* Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.* Advanced financial modeling capability and strong data manipulation skills.
