To strengthen their finance team, they are now seeking a Senior Financial Accounatnt (m / f / d) to join them in Berlin.

As a Senior Financial Accountant (m / f / d) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of the company. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure financial compliance, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making. Your Responsibilities :

• Lead financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities.
• Own month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Drive automation and process improvements within finance operations.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership based on financial data and trends.

Your Profile :

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Several years of experience in financial management, ideally within a tech or FinTech environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.
