Statista in Hamburg is seeking a Finance Transformation Expert to drive global finance projects and optimize processes across the finance function.

You will lead end-to-end improvements, implement ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA), develop automation (RPA), and collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, and IT to digitize reporting and controlling. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, economics, BIS or comparable qualification.
• Several years' experience in finance transformation, consulting or project-focused finance.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes and optimization.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) and reporting solutions.

• Support and lead transformation and optimization projects across Finance.

• Strong knowledge of finance processes and their end-to-end optimization.
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• A very good understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, and reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in a structured way.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Very good German and English language skills.
