As (Senior) Finance Manager - Accounting (Part-Time) you ensure accurate, compliant and timely financial operations across Klim while laying the foundation for scalable growth. By building and maintaining strong accounting processes, controls and compliance frameworks for our international markets, you ensure Klim’s financial health and support informed decision‑making and business growth. Your work enables Klim to expand confidently into new markets with financial governance at its core.

Your profile

Must have:

• 4-8 years of experience in accounting and/or audit
• A hands‑on mentality and willingness to work across a rapidly scaling organisation
• Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 for both, written and spoken)
• Willing and able to take substantial ownership of Klim’s financial operations
• Excited to work from our Berlin office 2-3 days per week

Note: This is a part-time role (50-60%)

Your Skills & Competencies

• You bring strong technical accounting expertise (HGB, IFRS, VAT/tax) and hands‑on financial operations experience including monthly close, audits, VAT and cross-border accounting
• You think analytically, can break down complex or ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate financial and process risks
• You work with precision and discipline, take full ownership and consistently deliver high‑quality results and smooth operations
• You communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders and thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment where adaptability and continuous learning are essential
