  • Responsibility for designing and managing international talent and succession processes for key roles – including targeted support for high potentials on their way to global key positions.
  • Driving the advancement of AI-supported tools and technologies in our global HR landscape to make processes such as talent identification, competency development, and performance management more efficient, scalable, and future-oriented.
  • Supporting the annual global employee survey and the derivation and implementation of targeted measures across national borders.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, experience in facilitating international groups and workshops, and a high level of implementation strength.
  • Clear, empathetic communication at eye level – with the ability to connect and inspire people across cultural, linguistic, and regional boundaries.
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
