As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • You support national and international M&A and PMI projects in close collaboration with the M&A team and ensure the implementation of group-wide integration standards.
  • You define the target operating model and develop project-specific integration strategies.
  • You take the lead of the cross-functional post-merger integration project team.
  • Together with the responsible business units, you implement the DKV Mobility Group’s integration strategy operationally.
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders on all topics related to M&A and PMI projects.
  • You continuously further develop existing PMI concepts, methods, tools and best practices.
  • You build tracking and reporting for the post-merger integration (PMI) process and align these closely with management.
What makes you stand out
  • You hold a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring several years of experience in managing post‑merger integration projects, ideally gained in a leading consulting firm or an international corporation.
  • You have proven experience in leading international, cross‑functional and cross‑departmental project teams.
  • You stand out through strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You take ownership of topics and drive their execution independently.
  • You work with a high degree of autonomy, collaborate effectively within teams, and proactively identify and address challenges—even beyond your own area of responsibility.
  • You possess excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • You are fluent in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
