Zusammenfassung

Exyte in Stuttgart is seeking a Senior Expert Corporate Production Management (m/f/d) to implement and advance our Lean philosophy across international projects. You will drive Lean Design and Lean Construction across all phases and train teams using PPM and LPS.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction, strong workshops facilitation, and fluency in German and English. Regular travel to project sites up to five days a week is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive expertise in Lean principles.
• 10+ years experience in construction projects and Lean project delivery methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate workshops and trainings.
• Hands-on mentality and motivation to drive sustainable improvements.
• Willingness to undertake regular weekly travel to project sites for up to five days per week.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Implement Lean Design and Lean Construction methods across all project phases using PPM (Project Production Management), LPS (Last Planner System), and Exyte standard software.
• Training project team members and key users on Lean Construction methods, tools, and software.

• Driving the transformation and development of high-performance teams by inspiring enthusiasm for Lean principles and production control.
• Acting as the first point of contact for all Lean Design and Construction-related topics within projects.
