Zusammenfassung

Exyte is seeking a Senior Expert Corporate Production Management to implement and advance Lean philosophy across international projects in Stuttgart. You will lead Lean Design and Lean Construction adoption, train teams, and drive production control improvements.

You will regularly travel to project sites, facilitate workshops, and work with stakeholders to embed Lean methodologies and standardized tools. Fluency in German and English is required for global collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering or project management.
• Extensive Lean principles expertise.
• 10+ years in construction projects and Lean delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and trainings.
• Hands-on mentality and motivation to drive improvements.
• Willingness to travel weekly up to five days to project sites.
• Fluency in German and English.

• Implement Lean Design and Lean Construction across all project phases using PPM, LPS, and Exyte standard software.
• Train project teams and key users on Lean Construction methods, tools, and software.

• Training project team members and key users on Lean Construction methods, tools, and software.
• Continuously improving and optimizing standardized Lean tools and methods in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Driving the transformation and development of high-performance teams by inspiring enthusiasm for Lean principles and production control.
• Acting as the first point of contact for all Lean Design and Construction-related topics within projects.

Show Your Expertise

• A degree in engineering or project management.
• Extensive expertise in Lean principles.
• 10+ years experience in construction projects and the implementation of Lean project delivery methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and trainings.
• A hands‑on mentality and the motivation to drive sustainable improvements.
• Readiness to undertake regular weekly travel to our project sites for up to five days per week to support and train teams in the implementation of Lean principles and production control.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
