DeepCamp, a Germany-based rocketry startup, seeks a Senior ERP Specialist to lead the Dynamics 365 F&O rollout across finance, procurement, inventory, and production. You will own the target process design, the implementation roadmap, and the integration with MES/PLC layers and third-party systems.
You will build the ERP function for scale from pilot plant to series production, shaping governance, data migration, and security concepts while ensuring compliance with German regulations.
We are looking for a Senior ERP Specialist to lead the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) across the company and build the ERP team. You will own the target process design, the implementation roadmap and the integration with production, procurement and finance, and you will build the ERP function as we scale from pilot plant to series production. This is a broad, high-ownership role. The ERP is the backbone that connects orders, materials, production and money. You will decide how that backbone is built, and you will be accountable for it working on day one of series production.
We are a Germany-based rocketry startup currently in stealth mode, scaling up rapidly to meet the demand for high-performance, reliable, and scalable solid propulsion technologies for space and defense applications. We are building our first production facility in Steyerberg, Lower Saxony, and are applying our knowledge toward serial production of solid rocket motors. We are working hard to build something truly spectacular.
Several years of experience leading ERP implementations or large process changes, ideally with Dynamics 365 F&O (or Dynamics AX). Functional expertise in at least two of the following: production control, procurement, inventory and warehouse management, finance (GL, AP, AR), project accounting. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end manufacturing processes (order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, plan‑to‑produce, record‑to‑report). Experience with integration architectures (APIs, middleware, data management) and with shop‑floor or manufacturing execution systems. The ability to lead cross‑functional teams and to communicate with executives and external partners. A degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, computer science or a related discipline; equivalent experience may also be relevant. Desirable experience Dynamics 365 F&O certification or a Microsoft functional or solution architect certification. X++ development, Data Management Framework, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus) or Power Platform. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, aerospace or defence). Knowledge of German commercial and tax requirements (HGB, GoBD) and e‑invoicing. Experience in a startup or scale‑up environment where processes are built from scratch. Working proficiency in German.
Please note, we are a fast paced, hyper‑scaling startup. You will need to be comfortable working extended hours with high levels of autonomy, ownership, and flexibility, with contracts structured around a 48‑hour working week.
We are committed to building an equitable and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, has equal access to opportunity, and can thrive. We welcome different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences—and believe our differences make us stronger.
