Spotmyenergy sucht einen Senior ERP Engineer - Odoo (w/m/d) zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Odoo-ERP-Stacks. Sie gestalten das Datenmodell, Architektur und Integrationen mit unserer Plattform sowie Partnern in Logistik und Abrechnung.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Finance und Operations zusammen, treffen Architekturentscheidungen, implementieren Module und setzen Qualitätsstandards, während Sie sicherstellen, dass wichtige Migrations- und Integrationsprojekte zuverlässig laufen.

Qualifications

• 5+ Jahre Softwareentwicklung, inklusive Odoo-Erfahrung
• Erfahrung mit Python und PostgreSQL
• ERP-Integrationen zuverlässig in Produktion
• Git, CI und automatisierte Tests
• Datenmodelle und Prozesse denken
• Risiken früh erkennen und gegenüber Stakeholdern kommunizieren
• Fließendes Englisch

Responsibilities

• Designen und bauen von kundenspezifischen Odoo-Modulen, vom Datenmodell bis zur UI
• Architekturentscheidungen für wachsendes ERP-System
• Migration von Kunden-, Vertrag- und Abrechnungsprozessen von HubSpot nach Odoo
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Integrationen mit interner Plattform und Partnern in Logistik, Abrechnung und Marktkommunikation
• Eigene Features zur Produktion freigeben
• Technische Standards festlegen (Code-Reviews, automatisierte Tests, CI)
• Code-Reviews und Pair-Programming mit Entwicklern und Odoo-Partner
• Zusammenarbeit mit Finance und Ops zur klaren Scope- und Schätzungsbasis

Deine Mission

As Senior ERP Engineer - Odoo (d/f/m), you shape how our ERP grows. Odoo runs our invoicing, hardware logistics and energy market communication, and over the next year it becomes the source of truth for customer and contract data and takes over electricity billing. You design the data model and module architecture, build integrations with our platform and partners, and hold the quality bar for the team. You do not only ask "How do we build this in Odoo", but also "Should this live in Odoo at all".

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

• Designing and building custom Odoo modules, from data model to UI
• Making architecture decisions for a growing ERP, including what belongs in Odoo and what doesn’t
• Driving the migration of customer, contract and metering processes from HubSpot into Odoo
• Building and maintaining integrations with our internal platform and external partners in logistics, metering and market communication
• Shipping features to production independently
• Setting technical standards for code reviews, automated tests, CI and code quality
• Reviewing code and pairing with our developers and our external Odoo partner
• Working closely with Finance and Ops to turn their needs into clear scope and reliable estimates

Dein Profil

• You bring 5+ years of software development, several of them hands-on with Odoo (custom modules, ORM, views, security rules, major version upgrades)
• You work confidently with Python and PostgreSQL
• You’ve built ERP integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, batch jobs) that run reliably in production
• Git, CI and automated tests are part of your daily routine
• You think in data models and processes, not just in tickets
• You raise risks early, say clearly when a deadline won’t hold and push back when needed, including with non-technical stakeholders
• You speak fluent English
