Zusammenfassung

Mobileye is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to join the AV Program Management team in Munich. You will manage customer requirements, establish sustainable project structures, and ensure delivery of SW and HW components on business-critical programs.

You will lead development and launch of self-driving technology for OEM projects, act as the customer’s voice, and shape product requirements with a deep understanding of technology.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing/leading software development projects or teams.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (must); German or Hebrew a plus.

Senior Engineering Program Manager (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join our AV Program Management team who shares our passion for bringing ADAS and self-driving technology on the road. As an EPM, you will play a key role in the development and deployment of our products at the customer. You will manage customer requirements, establish sustainable project structures and ensure the delivery of SW and HW components for business-critical projects in a large-scale cross-functional organization.

How your job will look like:

• Lead and own the development and launch of self-driving technology for exciting OEM customer projects.
• Become the customer’s voice to ensure successful product applications and implementation.
• Shape product requirements with a good understanding for underlying technology and a hands-on desire to experience the product on the road.
• Orchestrate working models and process structures between internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the delivery of SW- und HW components from initiation through delivery in accordance with the customer’s program timelines.
• Drive processes and tech improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and address customer needs at Mobileye.
• Help to build and scale cross-functional team structures with focus on the delivery of new or existing products

All you need is:

• Pro-active and self-organized project management mentality with excellent problem- solving skills.
• Empathy for multi-cultural work environment.
• Bachelor's / Master’s degree / in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing/leading software development projects or teams. Customer facing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (must), German or Hebrew is a plus.
• Good experience with state-of-the-art program management tools (Jira, Confluence, SM Suite, Sharepoint)
